CHELSEA, VICTORIA, AUS—Rendertech Ltd. has entered into a manufacturing licensee agreement with Kason Corporation, an international producer of bulk screening, drying and cooling equipment, it was announced by Tim Mellor, Rendertech Sales Manager, here.

Under terms of the agreement, Rendertech will manufacture and market Kason's standard lines of VIBROSCREEN^® vibratory screeners and Flo-Thru screeners, and CENTRI-SIFTER^® centrifugal screeners throughout Australia and New Zealand, and will offer Kason's circular vibratory fluid bed dryers, fluid bed coolers and special processing equipment in the region in conjunction with the company's ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturing facility in Millburn, New Jersey, USA.

According to Mellor, the association of Rendertech and Kason offers the Australia/New Zealand market proven equipment designs, extensive engineering experience, quality products and the cost-competitiveness of local manufacturing.

Established in 1988 and privately held, Rendertech also serves as manufacturer, manufacturing licensee and/or manufacturer's representative for contact dryers, cookers, coolers, hydrolysers, condensors, evaporators, bio filters, pumps, pre-breakers, belt filter presses, gravity belt thickeners and tanks for processing of: animal by-products, poultry, foods, dairy products, grain, brewery products, pharmaceutical products, chemicals, plastics, minerals, building materials and wastewater.

Prior to becoming a manufacturing licensee for Kason, Rendertech served as manufacturer's representative for the company in the Australia/New Zealand region.

Rendertech is a member of the Australian Society for Bulk Solids Handling (ASBSH) and the Australian Rendering Association (ARA), and will exhibit Kason equipment at the ARA 2005 Conference and BulkEx 2006.
